Updated MythTV with the VDPAU modifications committed in trunk up to version #20018.
Tidy up VDPAU::Decode - handle decoder errors more gracefully and be more tolerant of transient corruption in the video stream.
Add the ability to dynamically increase the number of VDPAU video buffers. N.B. not actually used yet.
Use the most recent VDPAU video surface for pause frame. Fixes frame by frame advancing (paused/edit mode).
VDPAU pause frame sanity. Should fix erratic frame jumping when moving around video streams, esp. in edit mode.
