Used the Jaunty 1.0.18 packages as a basis.

I needed those to get sound over HDMI on my system.

To get the extra drivers the additional steps are required:

Install the alsa-source package

In a terminal, type: (require the module-assistant package)

$ sudo m-a a-i alsa-source

This will generate and install the kernel modules for your particular kernel.

Then reboot
