Updated main code to SVN #20450 (no change with earlier version)

Build packages with VDPAU patch #20405-4

Should fix playback issues when audio and video are too far appart and you get a lot of messages like:

"Audio 686 ms behind video but already 75 video frames queued. AV-Sync might be broken. "
