This is likely going to be one of the last package upgrade; not much more can be added to 0.21 and I wish to move to MythTV trunk now.

Changes:

1. *Build against nvidia drivers 190.16.
   

2. *Make sure you disable in Mythtv OpenGL V-Sync, as it will crash otherwise very often. Seems to be rather reliable otherwise
